For purchases made within Uruguay, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. To process the exchange, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The garment must retain its original tag, be in excellent condition, unworn, and unwashed.

For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate lower-body garments are not eligible for exchange.

If the exchange is handled by shipping, all shipping and transportation costs associated with the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
