Yes. You can pick up your order at our store in Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo. When placing your order, select the store pickup option available at checkout. We recommend waiting for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store.

For purchases made within Uruguay, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. To process the exchange, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The garment must retain its original tag, be in excellent condition, unworn, and unwashed.

For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate lower-body garments are not eligible for exchange.

If the exchange is handled by shipping, all shipping and transportation costs associated with the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if I did not receive my payment receipt?

For each transaction successfully approved through Placetopay, a payment confirmation containing the purchase reference will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive it, please contact GRANDIOSAS and request that the confirmation be resent to the email address registered at the time of payment.
