Do you offer domestic and international shipping?

Yes. We ship throughout Uruguay and internationally. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and displayed during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Do you have a physical store where I can pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick up your order at our store in Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo. When placing your order, select the store pickup option available at checkout. We recommend waiting for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store.

How do I know what size I need?

Finding the right size is key to getting a comfortable, supportive fit. Check the Size Guide available on each product page and compare your measurements with the size chart provided for that specific style.

Please keep in mind that fit may vary depending on the design, brand, and type of garment, so we recommend always checking the corresponding size chart before selecting your size.

What is your exchange policy for domestic orders?

For purchases made within Uruguay, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. To process the exchange, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The garment must retain its original tag, be in excellent condition, unworn, and unwashed.

For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate lower-body garments are not eligible for exchange.

If the exchange is handled by shipping, all shipping and transportation costs associated with the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the purchase has been completed, the payment method cannot be changed.

No. GRANDIOSAS does not charge customers an additional fee for making an electronic payment through Placetopay.

What should I do if my transaction was not completed?

First, check the email address you provided during checkout to see whether you received a transaction confirmation.

If you did not receive a confirmation or are unsure about the status of your payment, please contact GRANDIOSAS so we can help you verify the status of the transaction.

What should I do if I did not receive my payment receipt?

For each transaction successfully approved through Placetopay, a payment confirmation containing the purchase reference will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive it, please contact GRANDIOSAS and request that the confirmation be resent to the email address registered at the time of payment.
